Returns & Exchanges

At On Ya Apparel, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure products are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your apparel.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspections are complete, usually within 5-7 business days, we will issue your refund or ship out your new exchange items.
